The default option is to search for results that contain your query in the products name and manufacturers product code.

Any products that contains all of your search terms in part of their name or code will be included.

For example: - If you are looking for an 80Gb hard drive, search for '80 Gb' rather than '80Gb Hard drive'. By having a space between 80 & Gb, the search will also match products described as 80.0Gb or 80.5 Gb etc.

The example search above will also return items that are not hard drives but, as the results are ordered by price, it should be fairly easy to find what you are searching for.

This is an alternative option to also include the full description of the item in the data to be searched.

Unlike the default search, this returns products that have any of your search terms in full in their description and returns them in order of relevancy rather than price.

This option is mainly of use if the search has failed to find something by using the product code/name search.
